California requires every caregiver at a licensed Home Care Organization to be registered on the state Home Care Aide Registry. Here's what that involves — and what we look for beyond the paperwork.

How much does the job pay?
Pay depends on the shift type, schedule, and your experience. When our hiring team contacts you — within one to two business days of applying — they'll give you current rates straight, before you invest time in an interview.
Can I choose my schedule?
